Your Role as Sous Chef
* Ensure all kitchen items meet high standards.
* Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly and providing the best guest experience.
* Deputise for the Head Chef when needed.
* Train kitchen staff as part of our Everyman family.
* Manage stocktaking.

Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, preferably from a fast-paced, branded operation. We are also looking for:
* Personality and enthusiasm.
* Passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
* A team player who can work independently or with others.
