CareRight is a trusted, CQC-registered homecare provider delivering high-quality care across Teignbridge, Torbay, Ivybridge and Plymouth. As we expand our services, we are looking to strengthen our office-based team with the addition of a Care Coordinator to support our experienced Rota Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with rota management or scheduling experience, ideally within the care sector, who is looking to step into a key coordination role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Rota Manager in preparing and maintaining accurate, efficient care schedules
* Manage changes in staff availability or client needs to ensure smooth service delivery
* Communicate effectively with carers, clients, and office staff regarding scheduling and rota updates
* Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support as needed
* Help foster a collaborative, well-organised care coordination environment
* Be flexible and willing to support care delivery by attending care visits when required

* A competitive salary between £27,000 – £30,000 per year, depending on your experience

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in rota or workforce coordination (experience in domiciliary/home care is advantageous)
* Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both in writing and over the phone
* Comfortable using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
* A team player with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in the care sector
