Summary of Responsibilities
You will work as part of a focused development team to implement and optimize a new unified API layer for our client’s platform. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, technical problem-solving, and supporting the team in delivering robust software aligned with project requirements.
Key Duties
* Implement backend logic and APIs using C# and .NET
* Collaborate with team members to design scalable, maintainable solutions
* Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge sharing
* Write and maintain automated unit tests
* Work closely with an integrated SDET to ensure relevant and comprehensive test coverage.
* Support deployment and integration activities
* Must work UK office hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 4+ years of development experience
* Strong skills in C#, .NET Framework, Core and Entity Framework
* Experience with Azure infrastructure, especially API Gateway and technologies
* Understanding of software development best practices
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Experience with Agile methodologies
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
* Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps
