Job Description
Join us as a Learning & Development Manager and shape the future of our team. Following a successful internal promotion, we're looking for a dynamic L&D Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company policies and statutory requirements. Your goal will be to foster continuous professional development, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and skills to excel and reach their full potential. You will manage and measure training packages to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide leadership to the L&D team, setting performance expectations and supporting their development goals.
* Manage L&D advisors/instructors, ensuring HR support and adherence to policies.
* Oversee training programs, ensuring incorporation of latest methods.
* Ensure employees are equipped with necessary skills and motivation.
* Identify training needs through analysis and consultation.
* Collaborate with QSHE Managers to support safety and quality activities.
* Recommend training methods based on needs analysis.
* Manage training for MHE operations compliance.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Proven experience at a strategic level in Operational Learning & Development.
* Experience managing/delivering MHE equipment training (desirable).
* People management experience, both on-site and remotely.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
* Experience developing high-quality training materials (advantageous).
