Job Responsibilities:
* Report and drive data quality – CRM reporting (Hubspot) on activity calls, meetings, etc.
* Sales ledger analysis – not bought reports at customer and product level, sales performance reviews.
* Prospecting – identification, appraisal of suitability, and reporting on activity.
* Pipeline, revenue, and productivity reporting; delivering accurate regional, product, and individual sales performance reporting; turning raw data into actionable insights.
* Sales forecasting; working closely with sales to ensure data accuracy of opportunities in CRM and assisting sales with any updates required.
* Sampling – review and reporting on status of sampling and success.
Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other parties verbally and in person, and be capable of preparing reports and presenting them.
3+ years of experience working in a sales operations or business analyst role.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Detail-oriented, with experience in data analysis and report creation using BI tools.
Good understanding of sales performance metrics.
