About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be a crucial part of our night team, ensuring residents with dementia receive quality care and comfort throughout the night. You’ll create a safe and reassuring environment, assisting with personal care, monitoring wellbeing, and offering companionship when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting residents with personal care and bedtime routines
2. Ensuring a calm and safe environment throughout the night
3. Providing reassurance and comfort to residents who may wake during the night
4. Monitoring health and wellbeing, reporting concerns to senior staff
5. Assisting with light housekeeping duties to maintain a comfortable setting
6. Documenting care activities and maintaining accurate records

Augusta Court in Chichester is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 46 residents.
