Office Administration Location: Annan Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week) Pay: £13.21 per hour What you will be doing? In this role, you will be responsible for: Taking phone calls Managing emails Organising spread sheets in excel Processing data to ensure smooth operations Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems What we are looking for? You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential: Strong attention to detail Confident and professional telephone manner Ability to write clear and professional emails Good general computer literacy Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure If you are dependable, proactive and enjoy working in a busy environment where you have the ability to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
