Our client based in Uxbridge are seeking a Key Account Co-Ordinator to join their busy Sales Admin and Support team to to Provide high level customer service Onboarding key account new customers/sites and integrate internally To be involved and assist in defined projects within National and Key Accounts To proactively maintain the Digital Smart portals as well as any National and Key Account asset registers maintained by the business. Coordinate any commercial demands between the customer and the business to serve as the contact point to help resolve day to day issues To foster and strengthen relationships within key accounts so as to maximise any sales opportunities for the Sales Team, leading to retention of customers Prepare reports on key account performance, trends, feedback and attend regular review meetings. Good communication to coordinate internal departments including Service, Sales & Accounts This is 5 days a week on site in Uxbridge, please only apply if you live within a commutable distance
