This role supports the delivery and operational capability of the EPURE Delivery Unit (EDU). Location - Initial AWE Aldermaston followed by assignment to CEA Valduc 45 minutes outside of Dijon, France Package: £47,690 - £60,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience) Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. Let us introduce the role We are looking for an innovative thinker with experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team who will support the delivery and operational capability of EDU. You should have experience of fiscal budget management and an understanding of corporate insights and analytics. This is a delivery focused role, so a track record of delivery and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders across the business is imperative. Ideal Candidates will have the following skills, experience, and behaviours:Degree level qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.Proven track record of planning and delivering complex programmes of work.Accomplished in the analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.Working with internal & external stakeholders, service providers and customers to maintain service level agreements.
