07:00 to 16:00 a day (15 min paid break 30mins unpaid lunch), 15:00 finishes on Friday
Your new role
As a Telephone Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of hospitality machines.
1. Deliver technical support via phone and email.
2. Maintain and support customer service contracts.
3. Diagnose and resolveplex technical issues.
4. Report and improve records using Microsoft Dynamics.
5. Prepare and update technical documentation for internal and customer use.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reported issues promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems (doesn’t have to be professional, education or hobbies that provide you with this knowledge are considered).
8. Excellentmunication skills in English, both written and verbal.
9. Confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
10. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
11. Team-oriented mindset with amitment to continuous improvement.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office.
