Why this role matters
We’re looking for a driven, sharp and structured, client-focused EMEA Account Manager to take the reins of one of our most exciting Global Tech accounts — and help us deliver exceptional sales and revenue results across the region.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the EMEA sales and marketing team in the account — the person they trust to deliver high-quality leads, clear reporting, and strategic insight. You’ll work closely with VP – level regional marketing leaders in the UK, France, Germany and beyond, ensuring lead generation campaigns run smoothly, sales opportunities progress through the funnel, and new logo wins are celebrated.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning the client relationship for the leading Global Tech account in EMEA, ensuring high satisfaction and programme stability.
* Hosting ~5 VP-level client meetings per week to review performance, lead conversion rates, and campaign insights.
* Reporting to marketing and sales leaders on results, pipeline progress, and new customer acquisition.
* Working with internal team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality sales leads and driving the team to follow up promptly and effectively on the deals further in the funnel.
* Working with client’s internal marketing teams to optimise marketing campaigns performance and feed our sales team with high quality and volume of inbound leads.
* Spotting opportunities for growth within the account and expand our services.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
* 2+ years’ experience in B2B account management or client services
* Experience consulting clients on sales or marketing services
* Strong track record engaging with VP-level stakeholders
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into strategy
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage complex programmes
* A collaborative approach and a client-first mindset
* Comfortable challenging ideas and leading strategic discussions
