Birmingham City Centre | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
Legal 100 National Law Firm | £75,000 – £85,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join a leading national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client team advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and mass affluent clients on a broad range of complex private client matters.

The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration
• Inheritance tax planning
• Lifetime trusts
• Advising high-net-worth and mass affluent clients
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to complex and technical matters alongside ongoing mentorship and development opportunities.
About You
• 5+ years PQE within Private Client
• Strong experience advising on wills, probate, and estate planning matters
• Experience working with high-value or mass affluent clients would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Keen to continue developing technically within a leading national firm
