Head Housekeeper – Harbour Healthcare, The Granby Care Home, Granby Rd, Harrogate HG1 4SR. £12.45/h - negotiable to right candidate/experience. 37.5h/week.

Our team members are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. You do not need to have had previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we are happy to work with you to help you become our next superhero team member.
Responsibilities
* You’ll be the sort of person who doesn’t go out without leaving a tidy bed. You’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our resident’s homes and communal living spaces, to ensure they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.
* You’ll also be working in Housekeeping ensuring that the linen is kept clean for residents’ comfort and hygiene.
* You’ll have your eye out for potential fire and accident risks, working with other teams to reduce any risks to residents’ safety.
* The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same, including support with personal care needs and help with a wide range of interests and activities that support health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

Requirements and culture
