Vanity Nails Bar is looking for a friendly, creative, and organised individual to join our team. This role is the perfect blend of front-of-house reception duties and content creation for social media — ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and creative work.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
* Manage bookings and appointments (in-person, online, and phone)
* Handle payments and assist with customer queries
* Create engaging photos and videos of our services for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Plan and schedule posts to promote salon offers and campaigns
* Engage with followers online (comments, DMs, shares) to build our community
* Track social media performance and suggest improvements
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised, reliable, and confident in managing bookings
* Creative eye for photography, videography, and design
* Familiar with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms
* Previous salon or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
* Previous social media/content creation experience (bonus but not required)
