As a Customer Service Representative in our Microelectronics value stream, you'll become the trusted link between our customers and our cutting-edge operations. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order management, clear communication, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, all within a highly regulated, high-precision environment. Key responsibilities: As the primary point of contact, communicating with customers via email, phone, or customer portals, you'll: Process customer quotation requests, proactively manage expectations, and follow up and capture feedback. Process and manage orders. Track production progress and proactively keep customers informed. Support the provision of documentation such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC), test reports, and compliance statements. Support with issue resolutions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
