Job Title: Herd Chef
Salary: £14.00 - £17.75 p/hr
Role Summary
You’ll be an experienced Chef who can run a kitchen properly.
This role is about standards. Food safety. Prep. Pace. Cleanliness. Stock. Team development. Service. You set
the tone in the kitchen and hold the line when it gets busy.
You are not here to chase trends. You are here to run a tight kitchen, exceed KPIS and send out epic burgers,
done correct.

What you’ll be doing
● Leading prep, service and close standards
● Owning food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
● Training, managing and developing the team
● Oversee labour, stock, ordering and waste
● Meeting set KPIs
● Working closely with the Area Manager to keep the site running properly

Food Truck & Events
We also run occasional off-site shifts through our food trucks. Think corporate jobs, food events and festivals.
