Customer Service Representative – Office working\n\n Inspired by their unique client base, our client is looking to add to their growing customer service team to continue to provide a top-quality tailored customer experience.\n\nEmployment Type: Temporary to permanent position.\n\nPay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly.\n\nWorking Hours: Friday 11am-8pm and then Saturday to Tuesday 8am-5pm\n\nResponsibilities of a Customer Service Representative\n\nBuild rapport with customers in a consultative manner\n\nListen to the customer's needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries\n\nProvide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services & products the company provides.\n\nCommunicating with customers and clients via live chat platforms.\n\nThe key skills / experience that we are looking for are:\n \n Excellent customer service skills\n Great team player\n 6 months Contact Centre background [not essential]\n Strong communication skills\n\nIf this sounds like something you would be interested in, then please click APPLY NOW
