PROPOSED SALARY RANGE:
£55,000 - £70,000 + London Weighting (£5,441) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
In this role, you'll report directly to the Regional VP of Consumer Products & Commercial Partnerships LaTam (Latin America) and collaborate with our passionate, fun-loving team at BBC Studios. Your focus will be on sales, performance tracking, partner relationships, and overall management for BBC Studio´s LatAm Licensing team.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
* Licensing Programme Management: Oversee market-specific licensing programmes aligned with global brand strategies through management of direct agents or personally managing licensing efforts in territories without representation.
* Sales, Merchandising & Retail Development: Drive merchandising, licensed promotions, and retail partnerships to meet revenue goals and boost brand visibility and develop targeted pitches and secure new business opportunities.
* Strategic Marketing & Product Launches: Collaborate with agents and local teams to create marketing strategies and coordinate product releases. Leverage brand strength and regional trends to optimize product distribution and performance.
* Financial & Business Planning: Conduct financial analysis and develop business models for licensing operations whilst supportingsenior leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Tracking: Maintain strong relationships with partners, licensees, and retailers, ensuring transparent processes, monitor partner activities, and analyze product performance across regions.
Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience managing licensing programmes, ideally within the entertainment space.
* Solid knowledge of Latin American retail landscape.
* Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate across teams to create and execute strategies and product releases tailored to regional trends and consumer behaviour.
* Passion for BBC brands and children's space.
Desired But Not Required
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proactive, collaborative team player with a thirst for learning and growth.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with BBC programming and British television a plus.
