You will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to floor laying, with general maintenance in carpentry and plumbing. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units.
Key responsibilities:
1. Install and repair flooring such as vinyl and polysafe and laminate in tenants' homes.
2. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives.
