Facilities Learning & Development Administrator
37 hours per week • Permanent • Band 3 – £28,011 - £30,230 (pro rata) per annum
Overview
Join our team to support line managers and supervisors across the Facilities & Estates sector, which covers ten services and employs around 2,500 staff. In this role you will organise learning courses, facilitate work‑experience placements and apprenticeships, and maintain essential learning records. You will report to the Learning & Development Manager and provide general clerical support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise learning courses, work‑experience placements and various apprenticeships.
* Maintain learning records and update spreadsheets.
* Respond to telephone and e‑mail queries from staff, schools, universities and other stakeholders.
* Assist in compiling data to support the Learning & Development team.
* Provide general clerical support to the Learning & Development Manager and team.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum SCQF 6 education level.
* 3-5 years appropriate experience in an administration and clerical function.
* Driving licence.
* Experience working within a learning and development environment desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
