Responsibilities
This role will be overseeing the credit control administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a permanent position created as part of a growing area of the business.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30 and Friday 9:00–17:00. After successful completion of the 6-month probation, hybrid working is available (3 days at home).

More About You
Property management experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages, and have a track record of working with stakeholders.
