Title: Asset Management Lead – Major Infrastructure Project

Salary: £68,000 – £73,000 + Benefits
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Asset Management Lead to join our client on a high-profile UK infrastructure project. This permanent position offers the chance to play a critical role in ensuring systems, structures, and components remain in peak condition throughout their lifecycle—from delivery and storage to installation and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain Care & Maintenance plans and schedules.
* Coordinate preservation activities across delivery, storage, and post-installation phases.
* Ensure cleanliness classifications, zoning, and storage conditions are correctly applied.
* Manage inspection, preservation, and maintenance frequencies in line with contractual obligations.
* Liaise with QA/QC, Stores, and Construction teams to maintain asset integrity.
* Maintain auditable records for lifetime quality documentation and handover.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in care & maintenance, quality, or asset preservation within regulated sectors (nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, or similar).
* Engineering or technical qualification (HNC or above preferred).
* CCNSG Safety Passport (mandatory).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems.
