The Position – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Qualiteach are seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive school team. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering targeted interventions, providing confident whole-class cover, and working across different year groups. You will support high-quality teaching, adapt learning to meet individual needs, and make a positive impact on pupil progress. Strong experience with SEN pupils is essential, including implementing support plans and working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals.
