Overview:
We, Playland Amusements, are looking for a highly organised and detailed Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support the business with general bookkeeping work, managing a small team and to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation. Must have 3 years' experience within a similar role.
The Package
* £ per week (£20,800 - £28,600)
* 30 Hours per week
* Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)
* 09:00am – 15:00pm or 10:00am – 16:00pm

The Role
* Office Manager must be highly organised to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
* Office Manager to provide support across all departments and complete bookkeeping duties ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
* Process payroll using BrightPay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
* To perform general administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, filing and scheduling.
* Answer and direct phone calls and correspondence in a courteous and professional manner.
* Office Manager to complete day to day tasks such as organising meetings, maintain office procedures and policies and enhance productivity and compliance.
The Requirements
* Must have Xero accounting software and BrightPay Payroll experience.
* Experience in office management and bookkeeping roles.
* Worked in a similar face paced office environment.
* Strong verbal and communication skills.
