We are looking for a professional to join our Investment Banking team in London and use their skills and ideas to make an impact to the success of Goldman Sachs.
The Healthcare investment banking group provides corporate clients across the Healthcare spectrum with advice, access to financing and execution expertise across a wide range of investment banking products.
The Health Care Group focuses on the full range of health care industry participants including managed care companies, life sciences companies, health service providers such as hospitals, and medical devices manufacturers.
Role Responsibilities
Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.
* Create and analyze financial models
* Organize and prepare client presentations
* Help manage transaction processes
* Assist in structuring transactions
* Gain exposure to the firm's businesses and develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills
Associates develop financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis, and are actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances. They organize and prepare presentations, explain industry trends, assess clients' situations to provide financial advice, and recommend strategies to meet client goals. They coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions; lead due diligence processes and participate in negotiations of legal documentation. From maintaining client communication to helping Goldman Sachs structure client transactions, Associates are a vital part of Goldman Sachs' banking team investments.

Basic Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' investment banking or equivalent experience
* History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
* Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
