Facilities Coordinator

Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
£13.00 – £14.00 per hour
Initial contract until 31st July 2026 (with potential extension)
The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced site, supporting day-to-day facilities operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a client-facing environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You’ll be working closely with the facilities team, supporting the smooth running of the site and ensuring a high standard of workplace experience for staff, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities for a Facilities Coordinator
1. Act as the main point of contact for visitors, guests, and internal stakeholders
2. Support day-to-day facilities operations and resolve ad hoc issues professionally
3. Carry out light maintenance tasks as required
4. Manage goods-in, deliveries, and mailroom activities
5. Coordinate building services including cleaning, catering, coffee services, and meeting rooms
6. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure work is delivered efficiently
7. Monitor service delivery and escalate issues where necessary
8. Support continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction
9. Provide general facilities support as required
What We’re Looking For in a Facilities Coordinator
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
11. Comfortable in a client-facing role with a service-oriented mindset
12. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
13. Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting/transporting items when needed)
14. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
15. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
16. Full, clean driving licence preferred
17. Must have a standard DBS check
