As Paid Social Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing SINE Digital's paid social strategies. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you'll oversee a small team and act as a channel specialist - driving innovation, ensuring best practice, and delivering performance across social platforms. Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across key social platforms.
* Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practice through regular QA and performance reviews.
* Develop and present strategic paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs and budgets. Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels, budget, audience, formats etc.) and present these back, both to internal and external stakeholders.
* Work with executives to produce detailed & accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports that deliver actionable and valuable insights to clients.
* Translate data into actionable insights using in-platform and third-party analytics tools.
* Identify opportunities for testing and innovation, championing a "test-and-learn" approach.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and platform features to enhance performance, and support with the education of internal and external stakeholders (inc. clients) on the Paid Social landscape.
* Oversee onboarding and account setup processes, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and assets are managed effectively.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for strategic discussions.
* Present campaign results, insights, and growth recommendations clearly and confidently.
* Partner with Account and Client Directors on quarterly reviews, post-campaign analyses, and long-term planning.
* Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring workloads are balanced and development goals are met.
* Conduct regular 1:1s and annual reviews, providing feedback and clear objectives to support professional growth.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
* Lead by example in fostering collaboration, curiosity, and performance excellence across the team.
* Oversee all budget activity related to Paid Social on your accounts, including budget recommendations, pacing and billing.
* Conduct regular audits to improve performance and contribute to new business efforts.
* Contribute to internal best practice documentation, new business pitches, and internal training initiatives.
* Support the development of internal resources and process improvements to continually enhance SINE's Paid Social offering.
* Promote and refine best practices across accounts to maintain SINE's high standards.
Qualifications
This position requires strong knowledge and experience in liaising directly with clients, planning & managing digital strategy and campaigns across a range of social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and LinkedIn.
* 2.5 - 3+ years of Paid Search experience - agency background desirable.
* Expertise across Google Ads (Search, PMax/Shopping, Demand Gen), Microsoft Ads, and Amazon.
* Strong proficiency in keyword research, campaign planning, execution, reporting and performance analysis using tools like GA4 and SA360.
* Proven experience in full-funnel campaign planning and management, with an understanding of the broader media mix.
* Strong communicator with the confidence to lead client conversations and presentations.
* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint.
* Proactive, collaborative, and eager to innovate within a fast-paced digital environment.
