Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech-enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.
Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation, and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
1. Think ahead of each process step to ensure parallel steps are completed where possible, maximising efficiencies and limiting waste.
2. Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project.
3. Make arrangements for project documentation based on the owner's recommendations and specifications, ensuring that specifications are met.
4. Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and conclude assigned projects.
5. Suggest strategies to achieve project goals to the owner.
6. Monitor staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to deadlines.
What you'll bring?
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications cell site deployment with sound knowledge of network implementation and deployment processes.
* Proven experience in site design, construction, planning, and acquisition.
* Good working knowledge of the end-to-end site deployment process (Property, Design, Build, and Integration phases).
* Knowledge of The Electronic Communications Code, Tree Preservation Orders, and Local planning authority processes.
* Project Management qualification or working towards such qualification (e.g., Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP, PMP) is an advantage.
* Understanding of mobile telecommunications infrastructure matters.
