Job Description Our client is seeking a full-time Client Success Manager to join their newly created Growth team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of developing and strengthening existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through effective cross-sell and upsell strategies. The Role Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will play a key role in driving client engagement and supporting the firm’s strategic ambitions. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Identifying opportunities to broaden service usage within existing client portfolios through targeted cross-selling and upselling. Creating and managing Partner-led upsell workstreams to deliver against key growth objectives. Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement service-specific upsell campaigns. Working alongside marketing to develop compelling client success stories and referral initiatives. Supporting additional projects or responsibilities as required to contribute to the firm’s overall strategy. Requirements We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally within accountancy or professional services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships. Excellent project management capabilities. Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of professional services offerings. Proficiency with CRM systems and client data management.
