Framework Lead / Manager - Major Water Sector Framework - AMP8
Location: East Sussex (hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + £7,350 car allowance + bonus + benefits

The role:
We're appointing an experienced Framework Lead / Framework Manager to work on a large, regulated water-sector framework, supporting delivery of AMP8 projects across the south of England.
This is a senior leadership position with strategic and operational responsibility for the framework, overseeing non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects. Based from the HQ in East Sussex office three days per week, with hybrid working, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 12 people, ensuring strong performance, commercial control and effective client engagement throughout AMP8.
Framework Manager responsibilities:
1. Providing strategic leadership across the framework and AMP8 project portfolio
2. Acting as a senior client interface, maintaining trusted and effective working relationships
3. Leading, developing and motivating a team of c.12 across planning, performance and delivery support functions
