Store Manager / Kitchen Porter London Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: 14.80 Hours: per week A stunning B&I location in London for a global investment company. Catering for approximately 300 people daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, barista coffee bar and lots of high end hospitality. This location also has a Biodigester. The role is a Monday to Friday operation. Additional benefits of this location are use of on site gym and the location. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter / Store Manager to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in London. You'll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness. Key skills: Experience of pot wash duties Organise and store deliveries Excellent customer service skills Great team player Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems. Operate industrial dishwasher We are looking for: Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential. Can do attitude. Organisation Skills. Knowledge / competencies: Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
