VANRATH is assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Craigavon.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday.
The position is permanent and based in Craigavon.
Salary: £23,500 + benefits, growth opportunities, and overtime (1.5x rate). The role involves a 36.75-hour workweek, with any hours over this paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing internal and external emails
2. Raising and closing jobs related to Facilities Management
3. Raising Purchase Orders for the Supply Chain
4. Answering calls from clients and engineers
Ideal Criteria:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Experience in a client/customer-facing role
* Experience with CAFM systems (advantageous)
