Youll ensure care packages are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include: ?? Staff Placement & Booking Management Assign the right staff to client care packages Respond quickly to booking requests Achieve 100% fill rates for your allocated clients Monitor unfilled shifts and resolve resourcing issues ?? Client & Candidate Communication Build strong relationships with field staff and clients Confirm staff availability and placements Handle calls and emails with professionalism and care Provide clear, detailed handovers to your Line Manager ?? Rota & Schedule Management Build, manage, and share rotas in advance Ensure staffing levels meet client needs ?? System & Document Management Maintain accurate records using Salesforce/Birdie Ensure all client documentation is compliant and up to date File reports, logs, and care package documentation correctly ?? Incident & Quality Management Escalate safeguarding, concerns, or complaints immediately Uphold excellent standards of care and customer service ?? Administrative Duties Review care referrals and clinical assessments Stay updated with internal processes and policies Success in This Role Looks Like 95% fill rate across scheduled care hours Calls answered within 15 seconds and emails within 10 minutes A fully compliant candidate database Strong relationships with clients and care teams What Were Looking For Location: Sutton Office, SM1 1JB Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 08:0017:00 | Wed 12:0021:00 Salary: £33,904 per annum Contract: Full Time, Permanent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Calm, organised, and able to prioritise in a busy environment High attention to detail Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Confidence using booking systems (Influence or Salesforce an advantage) ?
