What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and developing production teams to meet business objectives.
* Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
* Overseeing quality control, resource planning, and process optimisation.
* Collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to enhance production capabilities.
* Managing budgets, KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in production management, ideally within electronics or precision manufacturing.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Background in process improvement, lean methodologies, and cost control.
* Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools.
