We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Fundraiser to join a dynamic team where they can make a real difference. Join one of the UK’s most recognisable charities and contribute to the incredible work we do across Sue Ryder.
About the role
The Thorpe Hall fundraising team is offering an excellent opportunity to join the Community Fundraising team. You will have a proven track record of achieving fundraising growth and delivering income targets, focusing on recruiting community relationships, supporter-led activities, and event recruitment and stewardship. This role offers a chance to work for a well-respected charity and build connections within the Peterborough community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver income to targets and KPIs, acquiring and developing supporters to achieve income growth.
2. Provide an exceptional supporter care experience, ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded on the database.
3. Manage and develop supporter relationships across the community to meet objectives and raise targeted income.
4. Build good relationships with staff across the hospice, community services, and national fundraising teams.
