Position: Quality Calibration Engineer
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits
Hours: Monday Thursday, 07:00 15:45, Friday 06:00 13:00
Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

Responsibilities
Working in a state of the art and modern factory, your role as a Quality Calibration Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day management and implementation of Calibrated Equipment and its System in line with key Aerospace requirements, fundamentally focusing around EN_9100 and traceability to National & International Standards.
Maintain Calibrated Equipment business wide (managing Internal and External Calibration requirements)
Maintain QMS requirements in line with ongoing standard requirements/expectations (AS9100 and Customer Flow Down Requirements)
Prepare and organise internal audits, including NCR closure.
Assist Customer requirements with Annual Audit Requirements.
Processing supplier/customer returns for non-conforming supplied items.
Identify and investigate trends from internal failure modes.
Ensure QA activities and priorities are fulfilled with the aim of achieving on time delivery (both internally and externally) of product.
Communicate directly with Customers quality representatives when investigating customer complaints.
Requirements
Calibration Experience (Physical experience and understanding)
Good understanding of AS9100/ISO 9001/EN9100 and its requirements
Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
