We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients Finance team, supporting European entities and contributing to exciting upcoming projects including:
* E-invoicing rollout in January 2026.
* New system implementation to streamline payment processes.
* Expense approvals via SAP Concur
You will be part of a collaborative team of four, working in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment that values innovation and people development.
Your Responsibilities:
* Process and verify invoices and credit notes.
* Approve expenses using SAP Concur
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
* Liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites.
* Maintain finance inbox and admin tasks.
* Download invoices from portals.
* Post invoices
What We are Looking For:
* Minimum 2 year's experience in Accounts Payable
* Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Knowlhill, Milton Keynes (Hybrid working with 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to 27,000pa
