You'll assist the Property Operations Manager in all daily business along with providing support to the Senior Leadership team with facilitation, minute taking, and ensuring confidentiality and discretion. You'll manage all systems and processes and lead in any training that may be required, including financial management and budgeting. You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business services and will confidently challenge process and procedures when change is needed to adapt and reshape to our new ways of working and newly structured portfolio.
