Responsibilities in your new role as Management Accountant
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of critical financial processes that directly impact the business's efficiency and profitability. Your key responsibilities will revolve around comprehensive inventory analysis, encompassing meticulous management of stock levels, active participation in stock-taking procedures, and insightful P&L reporting related to inventory. You will also be instrumental in monitoring and optimising the cost of waste management within the business, contributing directly to sustainable financial health. We value your practical experience in inventory analysis above all else.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for an analytical and proactive individual who thrives on making a real difference. Ideally, you will bring a solid background from a manufacturing environment, where your understanding of operational costs and processes has been finely tuned. While professional qualifications are beneficial, your proven track record in inventory analysis is the most significant factor for success in this role, we are specifically looking for that practical expertise. You will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate financial insights clearly. Experience in a similar role or in an industry with complex inventory management, would be highly advantageous.
