Our client are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This role focuses on processing completed work and creating associated invoices, along with providing general office support. This includes ensuring that documents are properly stored, classified, retrieved, and maintained, it's ideal for someone organised, professional, and keen to learn.
Office Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing and processing the previous day's work, creating follow-up quotes, and invoicing completed work.
2. Assisting with general office duties, including answering phones, handling emails, and supporting the wider team.
3. Maintaining digital and paper filing systems for financial records.
4. Providing friendly and professional customer service, handling basic customer queries.
5. Updating stock control from invoiced stock.
6. Coordinating with production to ensure accurate job completion records.
7. Supporting with basic accounts reports and record-keeping.
8. Support Purchase ledger & reconciliation.
