What You’ll Do Proactive Sales & Outbound Activity Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to: Existing TELUS customers Renewal and upgrade opportunities Internet-eligible customers Previous quotes and missed opportunities Log activity and results accurately Outbound selling is part of the job — not an add-on. In-Store Sales Execution Greet and guide walk-in customers with confidence Diagnose needs and recommend complete solutions Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet Control the sales process from greeting to close No rushing.
