Location: Swinton, Manchester Provision: Children’s Home Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) Salary & Working Hours £13.50 per hour Contract Options: 36 or 48 hours per week Sleep-ins: 6 to 8 sleeps per month, paid at £52 per sleep Potential Earnings: Up to £38,688 per year Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for passionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Practitioners who are ready to make a real difference in young people’s lives. Desirable Qualifications & Experience Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare, Social/Children’s Care, or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). Experience in SEBD, challenging behaviour, or complex needs (not elderly care). Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential). Essential Requirements Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum Age: 22 (due to children’s workforce regulations). Why Join Us?
