HR Business Partner (People, Process & Systems) will act as a strategic HR Business Partner in leading the operational HR delivery, including employee relations, policy development, HR Systems and performance.The role ensures that day-to-day HR practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned to the College’s strategic aims and objectives.

The HR BP will play a direct role in the delivery of results through input on ER strategy, legal compliance and organisational change and will work with a level of autonomy to guide and influence our managers and SLT members on issues which carry risks to the organisation.

Role holder will provide expert guidance on complex or sensitive employee relations matters, lead the development & review of HR policies and ensure legal & best practice compliance. HR BP will drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery, including digital and conduct internal audits to ensure a high standard of compliance is met.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to a progressive business where people are at the heart of what they do.Post holder should hold a Degree in HR or business-related field or equivalent experience along with CIPD level 7 or equivalent certification. Will need to have demonstrable experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role or Senior HR Operational role.

Post holder should have an expert understanding of UK employment law, generalist HR practices and employee relations best practice with working knowledge of HR systems and digital service delivery. Need to be familiar with data protection, safeguarding, and risk management within a regulated environment.

This post will have formal line management responsibilities with reporting of an HR Advisor and HR Systems Analyst.
