This role is for a confident and creative producer with a passion for delivering show-stopping experiences and mentoring the next generation of talent. About the Role This is a hands-on position where you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale live events while guiding a team of junior producers. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, bringing ideas to life through exceptional planning, innovative solutions, and flawless execution. Working closely with client services, creatives, and technical teams, you'll manage projects from pitch through to post-event analysis always ensuring a strategic and client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex events, typically ranging from £70k to £400k. Own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of each project. Guide, mentor, and support junior producers, including line management and professional development. Build and present detailed proposals with clear budgets and measurable outcomes. Liaise with suppliers, technical teams, and venues to ensure seamless delivery. Stay ahead of trends and AV developments to bring fresh ideas to every event. Support new business pitches and contribute to account growth strategies. Oversee project profitability, ensuring all commercial targets are achieved. Run show calls, manage technical schedules, and support live production when needed. Conduct thorough debriefs and provide data-driven feedback for future improvement. About you: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior event production role, ideally agency-side. Demonstrable success managing high-budget events and complex logistics. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Skilled in creating, presenting, and winning new business proposals. Confidence managing suppliers, technical specs, and high-pressure delivery timelines. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (UK & overseas). Willingness to work evenings and weekends when live events require.
