Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Full Time - £25,720 - Liverpool

Forrest Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as first point of contact for customer queries and providing administration support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

* Act as the primary point of contact for all consumer enquiries.

* Deliver accurate, relevant information to resolve consumer queries through both written and verbal communication.

* Develop and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products.

* Build effective working relationships across the business, representing the team in a professional and positive manner.

* Maintain accurate records and track customer service history.

* Resolve order-related enquiries efficiently and within agreed timescales.

* Answer incoming telephone calls, including overflow calls from reception.

* Manage and maintain an effective filing and tracking system.

* Ensure all customer care standards and requirements are consistently met.

* Produce and distribute daily departmental reports.

* Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

* Provide reception cover during sickness, holidays, and scheduled breaks.

* Manage and oversee the company tuck shop facilities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential. Some fantastic benefits are also available!
