Position: Sociology Teacher
Location: Redbridge, London
Salary: £37,870 - £56,154 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver stimulating Sociology lessons that develop critical thinking and curiosity.
* Create engaging resources that support learning across all abilities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure student success.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the curriculum and share best practice.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* PGCE/SCITT preferred.
* ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
* Strong subject knowledge in Sociology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
