The Role
We’re looking for a creative, data‑minded SEO & Marketing Executive to drive digital visibility, organic growth, and brand engagement across all key channels. You’ll play a central role in shaping how consumers discover, interact with, and fall in love with Willys ACV.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, understands consumer behaviour, and wants to make a tangible impact in a growing challenger brand.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Management
* Lead SEO strategy across technical, on‑page and off‑page optimisation.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap identification.
* Manage website content, product pages and landing pages for performance and conversions.
* Monitor website analytics, rankings and KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Content & Digital Marketing
* Work with the brand team to create SEO‑optimised blog content, product copy and educational resources.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging and tone align with brand guidelines.
* Support social media strategy with insights on trending searches and content ideas.
E-Commerce & FMCG Activation
* Optimise digital shelf presence for retail partners (Amazon, supermarkets, D2C).
* Support online campaigns around NPD launches, seasonal moments and brand activations.
* Track shopper behaviour and digital journey performance to improve conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
* Produce reports on SEO, website performance, and campaign effectiveness.
* Use data to influence marketing strategy and budget allocation.
About You
* 2–4 years’ experience in SEO, content or digital marketing (FMCG experience highly desirable).
* Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
* Comfortable working with data, insights and reporting dashboards.
* A creative thinker with excellent copy‑writing skills and a strong eye for detail.
* Passionate about health, wellness and purpose‑driven consumer brands.
* Ambitious, proactive and able to thrive in a small, dynamic team.
