You'll deliver exceptional service, resolve queries, and help retain customers with a friendly, solution-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle live chats and emails across multiple insurance products Support new and existing customers with queries and renewals Retain customers considering cancellation by offering tailored solutions Meet KPIs and service level targets Stay up to date with product changes and compliance standards Identify and support vulnerable customers Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently What We're Looking For Essential: Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/live chat platforms Organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines A team player who's proactive and eager to learn Desirable: Experience in financial services or insurance Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM systems 5 GCSEs including Maths and English CII qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Ready to Apply?
