LOCATION: Northampton SALARY: Competitive LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Permanent ROLE SUMMARY: The Fleet and Loading Supervisor reports directly to the Transport Manager (TM) and is responsible for supporting the TM with the day-to-day management of the Transport Department to ensure an efficient operation in achieving business targets. The Fleet and Loading Supervisor provides leadership to the delivery team, coordinating workloads and offering support to ensure that the team delivers on time, every time, thereby ensuring standards are met to meet the requirements of the customer. Additionally, the Fleet and Loading Supervisor assists the Transport team in dealing with customer and driver queries in a timely fashion.
