A fantastic opportunity for a Renewables Heating Manager to lead, develop, and support a skilled team of Air Source Heat Pump installers. In this role, you'll be the technical expert guiding engineers, ensuring quality standards and driving best practice across installation, servicing and maintenance. After doubling turnover last year and being on track to achieve the same in 2025, ASHP installations remain at the heart of their growth strategy, and they now seek a Renewables Heating Manager to lead their specialist installation team. Your role as Renewables Heating Manager will include:
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ASHP engineers
* Providing technical expertise and overseeing installations to ensure high standards
* Supporting engineers with complex servicing, breakdowns, and troubleshooting
* Managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered on time
* Driving continuous improvement, training, and knowledge sharing within the team
The successful Renewables Heating Manager will need:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (G3 Unvented certification essential)
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience within heating or renewables
* Strong technical knowledge of Air Source Heat Pump systems
* Gas Safe registration (desirable)
* Valid UK driving licence
